Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of fashion products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Minor color differences caused by lighting or screen settings
However, if you receive:
• Incorrect items
• Damaged items
• Defective products
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number.
Our team will review the case and assist with a suitable resolution where applicable.
Important Notes
• Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
• Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
